Yesterday Teamtui met up at the hall and we did math games. The games were Greedy Pig, Flip the bottle, Card games and Blocko. It was fun to get to rotate to every station but also to hang with my friend. Some games we get to have lollies but some people haven’t gotten a lollie.

For the past few days I have been working on my Brochure. My Brochure was about my Highlights for this year and also all about me. It was fun decorating it and writing Hope you enjoy.

Today i was working on Temperature for each Country. It was so fun getting to know what the Summer temp and Winter temp of each Country. Also it was interesting how other countries have there Summer temp and Winter temp.

Task Description:  On Tongan Language Week Team Tui did a Tongan Tauolunga. On friday was the day the Tauolunga happened. Our parents came in at 11 and got us ready. All the Tongan mum’s brought in some Tongan Traditional food so we all could have a feast after the Dance. After we got ready we did a fashion walk way. Once it was done it was our turn to dance we got up did our Tauolunga and then finally had a taste of Tonga.

 

This morning TeamTui was learning about length. My buddy was Soana and we did a random shape and measured it in Centimeters and the whole shape equaled 48cm.

Yesterday Team Tui Learnt about Figurative Language

 

Today Room 13 went to Kelly Sports. We were Playing Rugby we were practicing how to tackle and also how to pass the ball to each other and we also played some Games. I would like to Thank the coaches for giving us the opportunity to Play Rugby and learn new things. Going to Kelly sports for rugby really builds up everyone’s confidence to Do all the things they were too shy to do and it also helps everyone to get along. After the Game we all came in together and took a Team Photo with Coach Trey and Coach Dion. Then we helped pack up and then left.

For our summer learning journey we had to pick an art piece and color it in but out of all of the art piece’s this one stands out to me.

School trips are important because some things are not possible in class so we go and experience those things on trips. Also, it would be boring if we didn’t have any trips at our school.
